Regarding ClickPost system failure (January 24, 2025)

Currently, there is a system failure in ClickPost, which we use for delivery, and there may be delays in some delivery procedures. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who placed orders after 4:00 p.m. today for delivery via Click Post.


■ Current status of response

We will continue to wait for the delivery company to recover and ship the item as soon as the situation improves. If the service is not restored by tomorrow, Saturday, January 25th, delivery will be handled by Yamato Transport.
